Ta Cave Sàrl operates a wine bar at Klingental 8, 4058 Basel, and at Simplon 35, 1006 Lausanne, with the aim of creating a community around such values as a passion for wine, sharing, conviviality and respect for others.
Boconomia SA operates a wine bar at Georges-Favon 35, 1204 Genève, with the aim of creating a community around such values as a passion for wine, sharing, conviviality and respect for others.
Bar customers can, if they wish, become members of the community by subscribing to two alternative offers: the standard offer or the VIP offer.
Each customer who has subscribed to an offer receives a membership card as identification and to grant them the benefits described below.
In order to acquire a membership card, you must be 16 years old and agree to the current version of the general conditions published on the www.tacave.ch. website. If you do not agree to our terms and conditions, please do not purchase a membership card.
We reserve the right to modify these general conditions, without prior notice and at any time, in particular in the event of a change in the applicable law. Please remember to check this page regularly.
1. Standard offer
With the standard offer, the membership cardholder can claim one free aperitif at the Geneva or Lausanne bar, every day during opening hours, throughout his lifetime, (as long as our bars are operated), for himself and an accompanying person of his choice”a non member”. By aperitif, one glass of wine (1 dl) or one soft drink per person is meant. If the cardholder is unaccompanied, only one aperitif will be served. The choice of wine (or soft drink) is left to the discretion of Ta Cave. Aperitifs that are not claimed do not roll over. Is considered as an accompanying person a non-member.
2. VIP offer
With the VIP offer, the cardholder has the same rights as with the standard offer. He also has the right to an all-inclusive evening, for 15 people. The choice of menu and wines is left to the discretion of Ta Cave. Reservations are mandatory.
3. Prices
The standard offer is a one-off sum of CHF 250 including VAT.
The VIP offer is a one-off sum of CHF 1,500 including VAT.
4. Exclusivity
The standard offer and The VIP offer is reserved for exclusive member.
5. Data protection and privacy
If you become a member of the Ta Cave community, you may be asked to provide us with personal information about yourself (e.g., your e-mail address, postal address, age, gender, first and last name, telephone number, etc.). This data is collected and will only be used to enable us to offer you the benefits and services you have freely chosen. They should also enable us to contact you, in particular to keep you informed of our various offers and news. Under no circumstances will this data be transmitted to third parties, except to enable us to offer you the benefits and services you have freely chosen. In addition, this data will be processed in accordance with the applicable Swiss standards. For any questions, please contact geneve[@]tacave.ch.
6. Miscellaneous
Membership cards are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable. The person accompanying the cardholder may differ from one time to another. The membership card may be withdrawn, without refund, from any customer whose behaviour is deemed abusive by Ta Cave and/or contrary to the values of the community.
